The venue for this STELLAR Retreat is the Hotel Vally Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona – located approximately 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. The address is 16850 E Main St, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.

STELLAR program members can register above. You are also welcome to have a business partner or key team member participate at no additional cost. However, please note that all participants must register separately for planning purposes.
We will be providing lunch and coffee/tea with light snacks each day. We will also host a cocktail/mocktail with nibbles on Thursday evening. If you have any special dietary restrictions, please get in touch with Eryn Padilla at firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend staying at the Hotel Vally Ho to enjoy the full STELLAR Retreat experience.
We have negotiated a special resort room block for STELLAR members but bookings must be made by August 16th and require a 1-night non-refundable deposit. Bookings with the special rate code STELLARRETREAT can be made here.
Please be aware that a one-time, per reservation, $10.00 round-trip bellman gratuity ($5.00 check-in/$5.00 check-out) and a nightly, per-room housekeeping gratuity of $4.00 is applied.
Both on-property self-service parking and valet parking are available to all guests of the Hotel for $22.00 per night, per standard vehicle, plus applicable taxes.
On Wednesday, September 13th, registration starts at 8:30 AM with a start time of 9 AM. We will have lunch from 12 PM – 1 PM and end at 5 PM followed by a cocktail.
On Thursday, September 14th, we will have the same hours with a group activity in the afternoon.
On Friday, September 15th, the STELLAR Retreat will start at 9 AM. We will have lunch from 12 PM – 1 PM and end at 2 PM.
